Our Annual Report give details of our performance during the last financial year. It gives an honest assessment of how we think we are doing against five standards set by the Tenants' Services Authority which regulates our service in the same way OfSTED regulates schools.

Our Service Standards
We are committed to continually improving our service. We monitor how well we are performing throughout the year against Government-set indicators, locally set indicators and service standards. Our Service Charter leaflet tells you what standards you can expect to receive from us.
