Housing Service Annual Report

Our Annual Report give details of our performance during the last financial year and our plans for the year ahead.  It has been produced in partnership with members of our Tenants' Forum who told us how they wanted us to present the information.

Our annual reports give an honest assessment of how we think we are doing against five standards set by the Tenants' Services Authority which regulates our service in the same way OfSTED regulates schools.

Year-end Performance Figures

Every year we produce year-end information, including statistics on rent collection, management of void property, maintenance, housing stock and tenancy management: 2016/17 year-end performance figures.

Our Service Standards

We are committed to continually improving our service. We monitor how well we are performing throughout the year against Government-set indicators, locally set indicators and service standards. Our Service Charter leaflet tells you what standards you can expect to receive from us.
