At Barrow Forward we are focused on delivering our leisure, health and wellbeing offering to families and individuals of all ages and backgrounds.

We offer an extensive range of gym, swim, fitness classes, group exercise, spinning, sport hall activities, soft play and wellbeing activities for the community of Barrow.

As we’re here for the community, and not for profit, we ensure that all reserves are invested back into the facilities, schemes and support we offer the community, helping keep Barrow healthy, active and well.
